In 2021, the group’s official website reported “more than 9,000 souls” added through baptism in March, framing it as record-setting momentum. That contrast 9,000 then, 875 now makes the scale of change visible even to casual observers.

The central feature of the plenum was the deliberation and adoption of the group’s manifesto titled “Promote the Two-Stage Exit Strategy. Educate the Laborers. Force the Crisis. Exit the System.” In its argument, the manifesto frames MCGI’s recent organizational direction as increasingly dependent on unpaid labor, pointing to the expansion of labor-intensive, public-facing charity operations such as lugaw feeding programs and performative medical missions. The group asserts that operational and
