POST-MCGI SOCIETY DROPS A BRAZIL BUSINESS REGISTER TIED TO MCGI’S INNER NETWORK — AND THE CAPITAL TRAIL STARTS AT R$ 4.99M

Post-MCGI Society has published a registry-built list of 18 Brazil-based companies tied to MCGI-linked figures—a clean corporate footprint of what many former members describe as the same old machine: engineered volunteerism, internal mobilization, and labor treated as “service” instead of payroll. The list is not a vibes-based exposé. It’s assembled entry-by-entry from public company pages (often iCNPJ), with each profile built from the same hard fields: company name, CNPJ, opening date, activity description, address fragments, listed partners/administrators, and the source URL.


Here’s the number that matters first: the register shows numeric “share capital” for only 9 of the 18 companies. Add those nine and you get R$ 4,990,000—a minimum. The other entries don’t weaken the story; they simply don’t disclose a number (they show “***” or omit the field), which means the real total sits somewhere above the floor.


The sector pattern is even louder than the headline. Capital concentrates where durable assets live: holdings & investment (3 firms; R$ 3.36M known) and fuel retail (2 firms; R$ 1.1M known).


Meanwhile, food and beverage dominates by count—nine companies—but most of those entries don’t report numeric capital. That’s a familiar architecture: food operations create constant cashflow and captive demand; holdings and fuel lock in the long-term base.

Geographically, many entries cluster around Florianópolis / Santa Catarina, with others in São Leopoldo and São José. You don’t see that kind of clustering when businesses are random personal projects. You see it when a network can move together—people, customers, labor, logistics—because coordination is the real advantage.


Across the filings, the same names recur as listed partners/administrators: DARYL ISRAEL SORIANO, JOAO BATISTA POERSCH RIBEIRO, ULYSSES ALAER VILLAMIN, ELISEO FERNANDO SORIANO, DANIEL EUSEBIO RAZON JR., plus DARYL ISRAEL RAZON, EBENEZER MARIANO DIMALANTA, ELIEZER MARIANO DIMALANTA, BERNABE SANTOS ERESE, TEODORA MANLAPAZ GALANG, LOREN DANIELA DELA CRUZ, VIOLETA GANATA TOMOTORGO, JAMIL ABDELRAZZAK ABDALA, ABO ABDO, ELMER SALINAS CARISMA, RICKY ESPIRITU ANECITO, ROBERTO MANUNGAS MONTON JR, and OSEAS TEXEIRA DE BARROS FILHO.


This is what the register exposes in plain sight: a network doesn’t need to “outcompete” the market the way ordinary entrepreneurs do when it can lower costs through volunteer labor and stabilize demand through internal circulation. The filings don’t show the whole machine. They show the output: companies, capital, sectors, and recurring control nodes.
