A Grand Theft in MCGI Sydney

We condemn in the strongest possible terms the blatant thievery exposed in MCGI Australia’s financial records not only in 2024, but dating back as far as 2018.
While OFW brethren work multiple jobs and live on subsistence wages, MCGI ministers like Efren Baquing and Resty Reyes have their rent and travel expenses covered by donation funds.
Receipts don’t lie.
In 2018 alone, MCGI spent:
$18,720 AUD (₱702,000) for Bro. Efren’s rent.
$28,500 AUD (₱1.07 million) for Bro. Resty’s rent.
$65,373.79 AUD (₱2.45 million) for “Sydney Transient” a property reportedly beneath the Saniel family’s residence.
$20,781.55 AUD (₱779,308) for Domestic Travel
$46,898.57 AUD (₱1.76 million) for International Travel
Fast forward to 2024 and the pattern continues:
$436,896.23 AUD (₱16.39 million) for Travel and Accommodation.
It was reported that MCGI Minister Resty Reyes’ airfare was already privately sponsored by a member. So what exactly are these travel expenses? Are they double-charging the brethren? Is this a cover for embezzlement?
This, while members are being pressured to sponsor airfares, meet “Patarget” quotas, and gets extorted wirh Wish concert tickets all while ministers live rent-free, fly for free, and dine on donor money.
To the MCGI fanatics defending this:
Do you realize you’re financing million-dollar lifestyles while being guilt-tripped?
The records speak for themselves. The money trail is damning. The mass exodus in Australia is not just justified, it’s overdue.
